Sligo Invitational Gala

The Athlone /Claremorris Level 3 Gala (Div 2 Qualifier) was held over two weekends.

Athlone hosted the first half of the meet over the weekend of 10th and 11th March.

Claremorris hosted on the 18th March. This format was adopted to satisfy the need

for a three day meet which was done by agreement between the two clubs.

The Claremorris team had many great swims over the two weekends.

The Claremorris athletes achieved 8 Gold, 9 Silver, 16 Bronze and 13 Div. 2 times.

There were many great swims including the two relay swims for which Claremorris won gold.
