Newsletter #11 Vol. 2018 Welcome to the November edition of the Swim Ireland Newsletter. It’s been yet another historic month for Swim Ireland as we celebrated 125 years of the organisation and Clare Cryan won a first ever international Diving medal. Our awards were a huge success celebrating a fantastic year of swimming, diving and water polo while recognising those that work behind the scenes as well. We were also delighted to welcome new Swim Ireland President Declan Harte and thank past President Maggie Purcell for her hard work and dedication to the role throughout the past year. In water polo, St. Vincent’s completed the U19 Cup double while our Masters swimmers impressed at the Celtic Masters at the NAC. We’re looking forward to an exciting month in December as the year comes to a close with Irish SC Nationals, World SC Championships and our famous Christmas Cracker Gala coming up soon!
